Holiday Cocktail Party 2019
Things got holly jolly at our first Holiday Cocktail Party last weekend! We revealed our winter window display among festive drinks, yummy hors d'oeuvres and great friends! For drink recipes and dress details, read on!
The dresses featured in our winter display are the Noel gown and the Virgo gown.
The Noel gown is available for our sample sale-this is a one of a kind gown that can’t be made again! The sequin fabric features both white and silver sequins in varying shapes and sizes for a lot of texture, and the English net fabric has pearl detailing throughout. Lining fabric is a poly stretch crepe. Learn more by following this link.
The Virgo gown is available to order! The Virgo gown is available in midnight blue, grey, off-white or champagne. This dress is made to order in Salt Lake City, Utah and made to fit your measurements. To learn about customizable options follow this link!
There is something so fun about decorative cocktails and mocktails! These holiday cocktails tasted as good as they looked. From left to right: Pomegranate Moscow Mule (non alcoholic version available!) Salted Caramel White Russian, and the Christmas Cranberry Sangria (non alcoholic version available!) Scroll on for individual drink recipes!
The Salted Caramel White Russian is a sweet, creamy drink that is PERFECT with a chocolate garnish! Start with a caramel drizzle and add the mixture of salted caramel Irish Cream, Amaretto and Half and Half! For the full recipe, click here!
We knew we wanted a holiday version of the Moscow Mule, and once we saw these beautiful mugs, we HAD to have them! The Pomegranate Moscow Mule is made with pomegranate juice, grapefruit and lime juices, ginger syrup, ginger beer and mint! This drink was delicious with or without the Vodka! Find the original recipe here. (We turned the original paloma recipe into a mule by switching out the tequila for vodka.)
The Christmas Cranberry Sangria was a huge hit at our cocktail party! This sweet, fruity drink was even sweeter when served in an ornament! All you need for this festive drink is cranberry syrup, club soda and Prosecco! This is also great as a non alcoholic mocktail! See the full recipe here!
The ornaments we used for this drink can be found here! Teal glasses are from Anthropologie.
We loved this adorable ornamentini idea from inspiredbycharm.com
No cocktail party is complete without finger foods! We went with these easy, but delicious crostinis! Smear some ricotta, add a dollop of apricot jam, garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. (Our secret hint: make a few extras and hide them for yourself to enjoy during the post-party cleanup!)
Cheers and happy holidays from the team at Natalie Wynn Design!
